First time eating here. Our service was very prompt and we even had someone being trained. She was very pleasant and kept a watch on us for anything we needed. I had their mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with chicken gravy. It was delicious and very filling. My friend had the special for the day which was a hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes in the center and covered in your choice of brown or chicken gravy. Very good food, nice portions, great waitstaff, food cooked to perfection and prices fairly reasonable. I'd eat there again and highly recommend.

Just a solid place to get your MidWest food fix on. Great breakfast and down home atmosphere. Always great service. The kind of place and people you want to be around.

A delightful institution of the Quad Cities- great food at a fair price, amazing staff, and plenty of seating. The only problem with having a place this good is that they are almost always a little busy- but it's worth it!

I highly recommend Harlan's. Our family meet for breakfast today and the entire staff was very welcoming and the food was very good. I made reservations ahead of time for a group of 20 and the entire staff was accommodating. Thanks again to our awesome waitress (Candy) and the entire staff. Our family will be back.

Great service by longtime employees! Good quality food at a more than fair price. Huge seating area that can accommodate parties of all sizes. Been around for 69 years and it looks like making 100 will be a piece of cake oh yeah have a slice while you're there !
