This is my first time I drink here. I ordered a jasmine tea with grassy yellow, light ice cream, 0% sugar. When Boba fanatic I tasted Boba everywhere in Asia, and that's the worst thing I had. The tea had no taste and the color of the drink looked like it was mixed with half water. The amount of grass jelly toppings has only 10% of the cup filled.

The Chinese lady participant has no customer service skills. I asked for a bag, she wants to accuse me of 10 cents, I only offered cash, no empathy or nothing. You deserve a star. Thank you? And they are proud of the bad service they have provided. Look at the picture. Have fun with her client.

Always nice to come to this quick location in Serramonte. Parking can be a pain, but you can get your food and relax at the Mall Food Court. It is beautiful and you can see all kinds of people socialize and just hang. With comfortable seating and cargo ports scattered, it helps to project out quickly. This time I used the Quickly kiosk to order and it worked great. I even have a $5 coupon code as the first user after downloading the app. Great place to eat a bite!

I went into this fast last week and I ordered a regular milk tea with big boba, and 1 bag popcorn chicken. The Boba was not fresh and the popcorn chicken was dry. Would recomend.

It took a long time to get a simple Thai tea with Boba and several orders placed after I ordered were completed before mines was done. I even had to ask what was happening and waited a few more minutes after that to get it.
