Contribuiți la feedbackI live near this situation and I have NIE able to answer someone to EVER to the Intercom. You do not answer the intercom from the thru drive or one of the points to pull. That's ridiculous. How can Sonic Corporate keep this place active? I'd like to give Sonic to my house business, but you force me to drive a few miles away to go somewhere else. Better.
Our note, where cold and my sandwich was not properly made, was not accused of having tomatoes and they were soggy. I couldn't even enjoy it.
All these reviews are correct. They're young and don't care. No one answered the drive and the train. 10 minutes my food comes, but only half of it after I've waited 10 minutes.... another 15 minutes are waiting for some French french french french french french french and chili cheese tarts....what meant the food I already had... yes cold.... I ordered an oreo radiation and got vanilla ice cream in a cup with chocolate chip sprinkles above...no need to complain because I had to wait 30 minutes.... I'm a guest in the city that went out after 9 a.m.... first and last time... $25 is too much money for bad food and an orderer talk to you when they know they have your order wrong. Please don't answer me with an apology like you all. Just fix the problem or close the shop. Stop stealing money from peoples by offering poor food and customer service. We, people don't deserve it.
This place is operated by children who have no professionalism at all! Be ready to wait 20 minutes for your food and be wrong.
There is an older Hispanic woman who works here with a smile that never waivers and she is so sweet! What an asset for this location! My food is always good as well but this employee is one in a million!Parking: Many kiosks were out of order. I had to move several times to get one that was on.
