Chick-fil-a - Dallas

First i need to say: Chick Fil A overall is absolutely the finest fast food restaurant EVER! They have an operating system that is clearly working perfect for them i hope it continues.But my visit there to the drive thru on Mon, Aug 8 was surprisingly far below what i've come to expect from them!I actually watched the clock this visit took me appx TWENTY mins to get simply 2 grilled chicken sandwiches! And it was 9pm they were not even crowded at all.I need to add my sandwiches were great as always but the visit experience was terribly below Chick Fil A's standards.

NO stars for this location. Suck at speed and getting order right. Sat in line AFTER lunch crowd for nearly 10 minutes after paying! Go to location on Inwood if you want your food

Notice how there are low reviews for this location... yeah well I experienced it for myself. The management here is beyond poor. They have both lanes of the drive thru closed and no curbside and this has been ongoing for far too long. The food was unbelievably poor compared to the usual cfa experience. Go to a different location this one deserves to be shut down or find a new manager.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but the sandwich was not good. The breading on the chicken was not made like it is normally made. I hope it is better next time.

This is the worst location ever! I asked for a #4 3ct meal and the girl at the counter just charged me for 3 count strips. I also redeemed some point for a kale crunch which she did just fine. I proceeded to linger after I paid since she didn't ask me what my drink was. I asked about it, and she goes oh I didn't know you wanted a meal. Okay fine. So she goes to ask the shift manager what to do, and comes back to charge me for the drink. So I ask about my fries since I had a feeling she was still not understanding I needed a MEAL, and she was like oh no, I didn't order that while LAUGHING. So she calls the shift manager over and I tell her, well at this point I'm being charged 3 times now and should at least get the fries for free. She said NO! I have to payyy! WOW! Worst chick fila EVER!!!!
