Benihana

Not only was the food great but the service was impeccable! We brought our grandchildren and one has multiple allergies and Geno (and I'm sorry to say I can't remember our other servers name) did an amazing job catering to her needs! And the show Geno put on was great... the kids loved it!

We have been many times to Benihana and have learned that the experience is all about the chef. We had Moy this time and he was excellent. I will say the restaurant is showing its age and could use a makeover.

Quiet with no atmosphere at all. Service was brutally slow and inattentive. Food was ok, but slow and soup came to us completely cold. Chef was uninspiring and nothing like the upbeat experience at other Benihana locations I have been to. Big fail! Won't go back.

I had an incredible dining experience at Benihana, thanks to Steve, the manager. From the moment we walked in, Steve made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. His attention to detail and commitment to excellent service were evident throughout our visit. He checked in with us multiple times to ensure everything was perfect and even accommodated a special request with ease.The food was delicious, as always, but it was Steve's outstanding customer service that truly made the evening memorable. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for the guests elevated the entire experience. I highly recommend Benihana. Thank you Steve!
