Empire Bagel - Cross River

Have you ever visited a bagel shop that doesn't even make bagels? Welcome to Empire. They were sold out on Father's Day by 10 am, as well as on Mother's Day. They also frequently run out of certain types of bagels on many Sundays. Maybe they should consider making more bagels? There is another bagel place in Katonah that is able to keep their bagel bins full throughout the morning. I won't mention the name because I am not trying to advertise, but as a disappointed customer, I will never return to Empire with their empty bagel bins. Absolutely pathetic.

Hi, I've never actually tried your food, so can't speak for that. I am frustrated that I've now ordered from you twice via Seamless and both, separate times, the order is canceled 45+ minutes after placing the order. It's very frustrating for anyone, especially a family with small kids. If you are closed, PLEASE update your hours so this doesn't happen to others. Right now, Seamless has you open until 7pm on Saturdays.

The breakfast wraps and coffee were fantastic, but the burger was awful - it tasted like charred cardboard.
