Dunkin' - Cross River

Hello so I come here because it’s the closest to my place of work and Almost every time the coffee is either not correct to my order which I order in store. Or it taste off like old coffee. Not exaggerating. But today I went and ordered a Carmel ice coffee with cream and the guy either definitely forgot the Carmel or it was because the ticket says 1 pump and I’m sure you are supposed to put 2 in a medium . So I added a ton of sugar just to make it taste worthy of having . Training the employees needs to improve and be better and the place looks very blah and run down not clean and brute and inviting. Thank you.

Food wasn't even cooked, soggy bread that wasn't even toasted. Food slapped together without regard. Service was unpleasant. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

I purchased an ice coffee recently. Not only did they make it wrong. It had the worst taste ever. Later that night I through up several times.

It’s a very small store, there’s usually only one employee, often a local teen or something. I tend to only go during the day, and get a frozen drink and/or donut, so I’ve never had any issues, service has been good too. Though it doesn’t seem like the nicest Dunkin around, it does the job. If you’re really picky about this kind of thing or something goes wrong, you can always walk further down to the grocery or bagel store. I do not tend to write reviews, especially on a dunkin', where they would expect a kind of the same food / service at most locations, but the terrible experience.
