In-n-out Burger - Covina

This place is always packed! yet always fresh and fast! One thing I do have to complain about and it's sad to say but, there fries . Is it just me? Or is there something different about these fries taste than other locations? Reason for the 3 star, your fries are supposed to be iconic! Other than that, everything is good.

I always enjoy eating here, the service is impeccable, first thing they greet you with a big smile. The kids are polite, they never curse or get impatient...I have never seen a guest complain, also they are very respectful. It is a perfect place for a family.

In N Out always has great food and they are known for the amazing service. I would say this is the only In N Out I 've been to where the service is not to the expected standard that In N Out has set. The workers do not always have a great attitude. And this is also the only In N Out I 've been to where they have messed up my order. This has happened a few times now, as I live just down the street I do frequent the place. I 'm not one to complain, I really don 't mind too much. We are all human. But it was surprising to see that at an In N Out. I 've never had that experience at other In N Out locations. Overall good food though, and good service. Despite the occasional okay customer service and order messups, In N Out is still the best.

Everytime i go to California for a visit i come here. Brings back great childhood memories. Same great food.

Ordered dbl dbl, w/grilled onion fries, cup of water. The water was great! Watched my burger sit getting cold for 10 min., while new trainee was being told the how to . Burger was stone cold, fries burnt...Was late, couldn 't wait another 20 min., but on fairness, has always been good before. (See a new trainee, skip the fries!
