This ice cream shop in St Ives was my least favorite. The ice cream itself was good, but there were not many choices and flavors available compared to other competitors. The prices were also higher than what you received, especially when compared to other places. Additionally, the server seemed unfriendly towards the customers, which is an area that needs improvement.

Lovely tasty Ice-cream. I had the Amaretto and Baileys flavours, was very nice would rate it highly out of all the Ice-creams I tried in Cornwall.

I ordered ice cream with clotted cream, but the clotted cream was spoiled and inedible. The staff and manager showed no concern when we brought this to their attention, and even implied that we were clueless about clotted cream.

Me and my husband managed to get some time off work and decided to go away for a lovely week in Cornwall. Unfortunately one of the female staff was extremely rude to us, as she had a go at us for not telling her which size cone we wanted at the start of ordering. She does not have the right ettiquette and therefore she is definitely not fit for this job.

Firstly, my wife, who has Celiac disease, was able to receive a gluten-free cone for her ice cream here, which was a great bonus. The ice cream itself was delicious, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The serving staff were average, nothing exceptional, but that was not a major issue. Overall, it was a decent experience.
