Contribuiți la feedbackThe staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, and they serve delicious coffee and delightful cakes. I highly recommend grabbing a cake to go and taking a stroll down to the charming small harbor and seaside to enjoy them.
Several locals recommended this coffee stop as their favorite as we were walking through Marazion. They only offer takeaway service, but we were able to enjoy our beverages and almond croissants in the communal gardens next to the Godolphin Hotel with a beautiful view of St Michaels Mount. The coffee and hot chocolate were excellent.
I visited this restaurant on a Wednesday, assuming it would be open as the website had indicated it was closed on Monday and Tuesday. However, upon arrival, I saw a sign in the window stating that it was closed on Wednesdays as well. It seems that they are only offering takeout food now, which is disappointing because we have enjoyed good lunches there in the past.
They no longer seem to be operating as a cafe, but we were happy to take some things away in expectation that the food would be as good as the reviews here suggested. We decided on a 'cream tea ', i.e. scones with jam and cream plus some sourdough bread. Well, the scones were dry and not a patch on my wife 's (yesterday 's scones), and the jam and cream were in little plastic pots and nothing special. The bread was OK but not as nice as we 'd bought in Sainsbury’s two days earlier. Don 't waste your money here.
As a local I love the copper spoon, they have delicious drinks and cakes. But this!! this was amazing. It was a honeycomb hot chocolate. It had everything! flavour, good looks, even SPRINKLESSS!! The cakes were also amazing. I also love the staff, they are so friendly and they make it an incredible experience! definitely recommend
