Bloomberg Bagels - Coram

The entire time we were in this store there was a male worker yelling at a vendor over the phone. The person working the counter has no clue what’s actually on the menu. Both sandwiches we got were wrong. Mine was supposed to have turkey but they gave me old chunks of chicken instead. They didn’t give a pickle or salad with the sandwiches, and the tomato on the sandwich was rotted. We won’t go back, especially since we had stomach aches and felt nauseous after eating here.

My order was placed for delievery off of menufy, then it was cancelled. I called bloomberg bagel to see what the issue was and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful with a solution. I asked to speak with someone else and was told no. If you like rude customer service this place is for you.

This place should be embarrassed. We paid $30 for the wrong order, called to address and told them the correct items, we drove all the way back and upon arrival the managers had a nasty attitude, were dismissive and argumentative and said we needed to wait another 15 mins and refused to give us a refund. The situation was handled unprofessionally and was an ugly experience. Terrible business owners.

Friendly staff. Food was delicious. The smoothies and bagels were on point !

Cons : Price paid $19 for 1 bacon egg and cheese on a roll and 3 bagels with cream cheese bagels weren't the softest and cream cheese was overloaded. PROS: Sandwhich was cooked well and tasted good. Wouldn't go back due to the prices. Another deli alittle out of the way sell bagels for 2.75 and they are never hard.
