Taco Bell - Coram

They didn't give us half our order and we had to drive all the way back there in the snow, after getting home realizing half our order was missing we live in the next town over. But in order to rectify the order get the rest of our food that's what's we had to do because no one picked up when we called.

After messing my order up they made me wait 20 mins outside for 2 burritos and never had them ready. I was forced to go inside and ask for my money back. This was after I went home with the wrong order and came back. Last time I will ever go to this Taco Bell.

Ordered online for pickup. Food was ready within 5 minutes when I got there, Fresh and hot, very good

I placed an order 20 mins in advance. 530 pickup online order. I wait an additional 20 mins in restaurant then inquire about my order. She prints my order then proceeds to start it. I tell her no, don’t bother cancel my order. They can’t, and refused to refund me because it was online They call store manager who’s more incompetent then the staff and refuses. I had to call corporate to get a refund with many “ unacceptable”. Not a single thing was offered for my 2 hour hassle for order then for refund. I will never order from another Taco Bell again.
