Panera Bread - Coppell

Consistent good service and friendly staff. today I went and ordered a coffee and a banana. I have my coffee, but the banane took one. Finally, a worker came, looked like a manager, apologised and said that their banans were a bit more mature today, and she didn't want to give it to me. I explained that I had just come from the dentist, and that's exactly what I wanted:

Complete Rip Off! I drove through and ordered a Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich. I got home and they didn't put any chicken salad on the sandwich! It was just extremely spicy mustard, feta, chopped cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes on bread!. I called and they wouldn't refund my money. If I could give negative stars for cheating customers, I would!

Ok so this location is normally on point. However, these last two days they have gotten my order wrong twice. On top of getting the order wrong they have left out simple items like a spoon for the soup. Curtons and proper condiments on my sandwich. not sure if they recently switched off but someone’s not paying any attention and it’s frustrating. Especially on a rapid pick up order that I don’t want or have time to have to completely unwrap my entire sandwich to check to see if it’s right.

One of my favorite restaurants. Lots of healthy choices … and some fabulous sweets if you are celebrating. Service is excellent. Portions are generous. Coffee is always fresh and hot.

I left my coat and keys at this store. The kind employee put it aside in safe-keeping until I could get there the following day and retrieve them. I appreciate diligent and trustworthy people. Makes the world go 'round.
