Whataburger - Coppell

I stopped by to grab dinner on my way home from work, and when I was asked for my name, I provided it along with its spelling. To my surprise, I overheard someone in the background of the microphone mocking my name in a muted, nasal tone. I wasn't being difficult; I simply placed my order. Aside from this incident, it would have been an ordinary drive-thru experience. This occurred around 10:55 PM on December 9, 2022. I'm really disappointed, as this had been my preferred Whataburger location, even though it's farther away than two other locations. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don't think I'll return unless I hear about significant improvements at this restaurant.

I found it a bit frustrating to be charged $0.40 for sauces, only to receive pancake syrup instead of the sauce I ordered. I'm not sure how well that would pair with my patty melt. I ordered online and specifically selected my sauces, and I double-checked to confirm that I did not choose pancake syrup. On top of that, I requested spicy ketchup but didn’t receive any at all.

Not even cooked all the way! I need a refund for this and the staff needs to learn how to grill a party.

The taste and temperature of my food were enjoyable because it was prepared fresh. I didn't find any hairs in my food. The staff treated me like a v.i.p.

Been messing up my order lately and been slow af. Ordered fries and waited for these cold sticks they called potatoes for way too long, being that they was done before I arrived. Edit. They have been doing better lately with my order temp and time. Order was also correct last couple times. That has been an issue that has plagued multiple establishments, order accuracy.
