Contribuiți la feedbackI started with the Tofu Spring Rolls, which included two fresh rolls wrapped in a delightfully pliable wrapper that's easy on sensitive teeth. The amount of basil was just right, and all the flavors blended beautifully. For my main course, I had the tofu and mixed vegetables with fried vermicelli noodles, and I must say this was my favorite dish. The edges of the noodles were sweet and crispy, and the flavors from the sauce melded together wonderfully as I chewed. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and complemented the sauce beautifully. EAD has my full endorsement—100% judgment approved by Ham!
Oh my, the Phó here is absolutely delicious! The restaurant is very clean and offers super fast service. We ordered the large bowl, and it was more than enough! The flavor was outstanding. It can be a bit tricky to locate on Google Maps, but it’s situated at the MetroPark shopping center on the north side of The Woodlands. We also tried the chicken and pork spring rolls, which were served with jalapeños, lime wedges, Thai basil, and bean sprouts on the side—plenty to go around! They also provide Sriracha and Hoisin sauce. We'll definitely be returning! Just remember to search for Sam Moon on Google Maps, and you'll find it tucked away in a corner!
I dare say this is the best Pho in the area. The broth is incredibly flavorful, and they offer top-notch proteins in the soup, including tender broken brisket and beef. The quality is outstanding, and the passion behind the food is evident, all at a competitive price. I really hope they stick around for a long time, especially with such ample parking available. The restaurant is very clean, and the beautiful, soft decor creates a soothing atmosphere that makes this soup feel like a true soul soother. They also have a variety of rice and curry dishes. It’s perfect for date nights, family dinners, or any occasion. I have no connection to this place; I just want to see quality food like this remain available. Trust me, give it a try, and you won’t be disappointed!
Finally, a legit Vietnamese restaurant in the north! I ordered a bunch of appetizers to go: spring rolls, egg rolls and grilled chicken spring rolls and they were on the point. The rice paper was beautiful and sticky (which meant that it was freshly wound), but they wrapped it in plastic packaging, making it easier to eat/not together in the togo box. I appreciate that. These spring rolls are authentic; there are bean sprouts, salad and some Thai basil (or maybe mint) with Vermicelli, thin cut chicken and shrimp. Some of the other Viet restaurants in spring leave the herbs, bean sprouts and chimps on the shrimps. The egg rolls were tasteful and crispy. The grilled chicken feather roll was also quite delicious. The prices were also reasonable. I also enjoyed the Soda Chanh (Soda-Limonade). The restaurant looked clean and workers wore masks. This place is definitely worth trying!
Friendly staff, clean restaurant, very tasty food. I tried the salty lemonade, I liked it, and it is uniquely different. Filet was very tender and the overall flair was Vietnamese, which was surprising yet wonderful. You think it's just another steak n eggs dish yet it's not like what you've tasted before, it's really different and very good! My daughter said the pho broth had a distinct flavor profile, not bland like we have found in other places. Good prices, great food.
