A couple of days later we saw them at the Everett farmer's market and decided to give it a shot. This was certainly the best Indian food I've ever had in my life. The guy running the cart is super friendly and charismatic. I believe he's from Mumbai and his cooking is legit. Everything was very flavorful and there were so many different textures. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I randomly mentioned that Monroe needs a good Indian restaurant as I was walking by the food truck, and chef Yuvi made sure I had a delicious bowl of crispy chicken chaat and a mango lassi. I can gladly say that I would eat at this man’s restaurant every week (at least! if he had a restaurant in Monroe. The flavor was unbelievably good. Not too heavy not too spicy. Just right in all the perfect right ways. I will now stalk this food truck, and eat all their food!MONROE NEEDS AN INDIAN RESTAURANT! ??
This is the BEST Indian street food I’ve ever had. The Double Samosa Chaat is my favorite the samosas are delicious. The Crispy Chicken and Tot Chaats are also amazing. The owner is passionate, kind, and talented. I really wish they had a brick and mortar location!!
We were the last customers today. So a lot of the food was gone. But he gave us half of the crispy chaat and the veggie option which was soo fire! He also gave us a free mango lassi too. He's also very nice as well. Definitely recommend coming here during the farmers market!
I get Crispy chicken chaat at the Lake Stevens Farmers Market every chance I get. Ask for “Indian spicy” from UV the proprietor. The chicken is so tender with a light crisp. The sauces are so diverse. The chickpeas feel so good in my mouth. And the “rice crispy” thingies just send this dish right over the top. A wonderful flavor bomb meal. Don’t miss it!
