Absolutely the worst service ever I came inside of the establishment not seeing the sign that said bathroom is for customers only and went to the restroom. As I was in the restroom there was a strong pounding on the door and when I came outside there was no sense of decency at all the owner actually grabbed my arm which got very red and he tore my construction vest. He could've simply articulated himself to me and I would have purchased a small drink but he hesitated and got physical with me instantly. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment with no explaining just solely very aggressive behavior. Not to mention he actually did this all in front of his 5 year old daughter.

QUICKLY ALWAYS AIM TO PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ON EVERYONE OF MY VISITS. I HAD TO GET MY BOBA FIX BEFORE MY ROAD TRIP. THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT AT THIS LOCATION AND DEFINITELY A MEMORABLE ONE?????????. I WILL VISIT AGAIN WHENEVER I'M IN THE AREA???????????????.

05/14/22- stumble upon this open Quickly after Chuck e Cheese, searching for quick bites and of course, ice cold, snowy drinks. Was greeted by a young man named Brian at the front counter. He knows how to take orders precisely and no mistakes. It's just like a simple ipad play. This looks like a teamwork family business. Ordered oreo drinks, popcorn chicken, squid, lobster ball, waffe fries. Total was $50.95. Complete with sauces, fresh salad. Place is clean. Order was a bit of a wait. It's okay for as long as the food is hot n fresh. I did not encounter any wrong order as what most are saying. And rudeness of kids they say? I don't think so. He is very polite and exhibited a friendly customer service. I wish this location is more on a busy area, this is more in a hidden spot especially around 5pm when only one pizza chain and a Mexican restaurant are open. Feels so quiet during dark hours. Will definitely be back here to try more of their stuff. Great atmosphere. Great service! There will be a next time for sure.

My sister and I visited this restaurant recently and were surprised to see a very young child working there, likely around 7 or 8 years old. Setting aside our concerns about child labor, we were disappointed with our experience. Our order was incorrect twice; we had requested two taro milk boba teas but received rose teas without any boba. When we pointed out the mistake to the child, he simply replied that he heard "rose" and didn’t provide the correct order. Overall, we were quite disappointed.

The boba I had was warm, and I unfortunately spotted live cockroaches and dead mosquitoes in the place. I definitely won't be returning. I brought my in-laws with me, and by the time we noticed, it was too late to leave since I had already paid and started drinking.
