Wendy's - Columbia

I will never go to this Wendy's again. Our fries were cold, and when they want to call them fries, they should at least serve them properly. I also ordered two sweet teas, but I only received plain tea. The server was really rude, insisting on handing me my drinks while I was carrying bags of food, repeatedly saying "here!" They also don’t have any deal flyers to match McDonald's. Shaking my head! I think I'll stick with McDonald's from now on; their service is much better, and the food is far superior.

Drive thru wait time is 30-45 min s. Always full of employees but literally I’ve never waited less than 30mins. Its 10 mins before they even say anything on the speaker. The only reason you can tell they’re open is because there’s always a line. Don’t waste your time. And no they don’t get better over time, only worse. I’ve only been here 3 times and my food hasn’t never even been hot.

For the 1st time in awhile I had absolutely no complaints. My food was fresh and my order was correct. My strawberry lemonade was mixed perfectly. I did ask for extra syrup tho just because I like mine on the sweeter side. The young lady at the window had to deal with a few very unhappy customers prior to me getting to the window and she was pleasant with great customer service when she was taking care of me. Just wanted to say thanks for the great experience this morning.

Sat in the drivethru for 30 mins to get cold food. Place is fully staffed but running slow enough to justify one employee for the whole store. This Wendy's is a joke

I recognize that this place isn’t the newest, but it’s really clean inside. We ordered quite a bit of food, so we had to wait, and they generously provided us with complimentary fries as an apology. The staff were very friendly and welcoming!
