Southern Squeezed - Columbia

A great little locally-owned Juice Spot where you can get very healthy assortment of juices made from both greens , fruits, and vegetables. I found the best juice in there was the one green one made with collards because I never been to a juice bar that use collards and I love that. I'm originally from Columbia and was visiting and I was so happy to see this right on Main Street or I guess right off Main Street on lady Street but met both the owners throughout the 10 times I went ... and it is a true treasure to have in the downtown area to be able to get some healthy juices in you ... especially if you know the Columbia culture of the Heat and the drinking of alcoholic things. I'm not feeling well so I decided to try a juice cleanse to fight off this illness. The woman in the store was so helpful. I tried all of the juices, and am only disappointed that I didn't come in sooner! Everything was great. I can't wait to try the spiced almond milk.

This is a fun little juice shop tucked in the middle of the CBD and Vista. The modern, organic style of decor is beautiful and simple. Their freshly squeezed juices are delicious and healthy with a good balance of fruit and vegetables. You'll certainly feel refreshed after your visit- perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up!

If your visiting the Columbia S.C. area I do recommend that you stop here for your juice needs their juice is very fresh and delicious I literally brought 6 juicers they are amazing! I'm a juicer so I was happy to find this place coming from a big city up north

This is a fantastic spot to grab a nutritious juice quickly! They even allow you to try out different flavors. A+ rating!
