Sonic Drive In - Columbia

Me and my girlfriend were here just to get some milkshakes and fries around 12:00 AM on 12/08/2023. Clearly it was a problem with the lady taking our order. She was impatient and rude with us while we ordered. She yelled at my girlfriend to hold on when she tried to order the rest of our order. If we were going too fast, all it takes is a simple “hold on one minute.” Not screaming into the microphone to “HOLD ON.” Seriously?? She also had such a problem with us adding a couple things to the milkshake. I get your job could be frustrating, but this is your job. I work in customer service and food service..I understand things can get hard sometimes. But since I work in customer service, I know how employees should be treated as well as customers. And this experience was absolutely horrible. I hope not everyone here talks to customers the way this woman did. This woman needs a new job. A job where she doesn’t have any human interaction.

Took 30 minutes to get to the window and there was 2 cars in front of me and the old rude lady that was there at 11:30 on Thursday needs to be Fired she had an attitude the whole time and told me she couldn’t add a small fry to my order . Are you serious??

Can’t order something we forgot at the window? tried to but a young lady with glasses and a jacket on with long hair wouldn’t let us and said she has a line behind us and we waited forever on top of that and there was only two cars behind us.

The best build-out of any Sonic I've ever seen. The staff attitudes SUCK here. Worst attitude I've gotten from Sonic team members in my lifetime.

We were extremely disappointed...a good bit of our order was wrong once we got home. It was also add ons that we paid for that we didn't receive.
