Pho Viet - Columbia

First time trying Pho. Great service, food, and prices.

Had the #15 pho. The broth was a little perfume like but every thing in it was really good. Added some hoisin sauce and it really came alive. Also had the #70 pork and shrimp and it was really good as well.

They have always been my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I live quite a distance away so when I'm in the area, I always go there. I don't eat inside at any restaurant during normal hours these days because of covid. I went to Pho Viet after lunch time but before dinner so no one else was in the restaurant. The servers wore masks so that made me feel better. Their food is always fresh and very good. And their service is friendly and timely.

Definitely the best place for pho in town. Also enjoyed the Vietnamese Iced Coffee would stop by just to get my daily caffeine fix if I lived nearby. Great lunch spot. Highly recommended.

I am sure that the pho here is not as good or as authentic as what you would get in Vietnam. But it is still a DELICIOUS and flavorful experience. I'm never disappointed and the proof is in the empty bowl. I love the broth.
