Panera Bread - Columbia

I did not receive a receipt with my order. The ice dispenser on the drink machine was extremely dirty. When I brought this to their attention, they mentioned that the General Manager usually cleans it in the morning, but they were busy that day. I suspect they've been busy for several mornings. Additionally, there were no cups available, even though the kiosk indicated they were in stock. They were also out of cheese, so I couldn't order the French Onion soup. I've included a picture of the black mold I found inside the ice chute. It's concerning that they don't keep this clean.

The restaurant was clean and quiet, but the service left much to be desired. The cups weren't available at the drink station, so I had to request them, and the staff member behind the counter was uncommunicative. The food was quite bland, and honestly, the size of the sandwich didn’t justify the price. I've included a picture of my hand next to half of the sandwich, which cost nearly $9. While the sandwich itself was decent, it was overly sweet.

After ordering a breakfast sandwich and a soda, I’ve had to wait nearly 15 minutes to receive my order. On one occasion, I was asked to pull forward, and it took over 20 minutes for them to bring my food out. I even had to call to ask what happened, only to find out they had simply forgotten about it. When I questioned the staff about the wait, the guy asked, "You haven't been waiting long, have you?" which was quite baffling. Today was no different; it took 7 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me in the drive-thru (I was the first car at 6:03 AM), and I’m still waiting over 10 minutes for my bagel sandwich and drink. The slow service and unhelpful staff have made this my last visit here.

Looks like new building but need care and cleaning! Bathrooms has no paper towel drinks are empty, they forgot to give me the pastry I ordered. I believe there are enough of negative reviews on this location for them to take action and improve.

The drive-thru wait is entirely too long even when there aren’t cars in the queue. On two separate occasions in a row they’ve messed up my simple sausage, egg and cheese breakfast bagel order. The first time, provided me with a chicken sandwich on ciabatta, the second time, my sandwich was room temp by the time I received it in the drive-thru and my egg was over cooked (not runny at all, solid yolk). When going in to request a replacement, the cashier wasn’t apologetic at all and was somewhat rude when ringing in my replacement.Update: got my replacement. Still no runny egg.
