Mcalister's Deli - Columbia

Waited at this place for 40 minutes for an order made online. Every time they give orders, I'd check if it was mine. It wasn't. After the third time to check the status of my order, the checker noticed it on the side of the register. My lonely order is there. It was best lukewarm, which showed me that it was there for a long time. Beyond, I'm disappointed that I was was wasting my lunch time here.

I ordered something and man through Google Maps with Chow, it was the simplest thing in the world. I went straight in and right was a shelf with all take-out orders. I thought and picked him up, still hot and fresh. The staff was on their game. They were fast and efficient and I didn't have to wait. The restaurant was very clean, which I always appreciate. McAlister's is one of my favorite spots and her club can't beat!

The food is good, but this place is so slow! I put my order before the arrival to the restaurant, and when I arrived, they were behind me. This is not the first opportunity they moved slowly during lunch. Although, I recommend this location, it is favorable to order in advance.

Food was good. Have always loved this restaurant. But gave 4 stars because staff was too distracted with chatting to get my friend's order correct. Her order was repeated back to her and everything that she asked for was incorrect.

The option to be able to order ?table side? on the app was definitely nice and convenient. The food was brought to the table and the staff comes around to periodically check on you. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is nice. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because it took a while to get my food and they made it wrong, so I had to wait while they remade it. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
