Domino's Pizza - Columbia

The lights on dominoes tonight! it was delicious and the young of domino we are in order when I am a little late, it was time to close.

That's the best dominos. we often order from them, and we never have to wait longer than 30 minutes until our pizza is delivered. we never had a problem with our order, and it's always so good.

The woman who answered the phone sounded completely out of it and had to call me back right after supposedly placing the order to confirm what I had ordered. She only got one-third of the toppings right. After correcting her, we headed to Domino's to pick up our pizza, which was supposed to be a vegetarian pizza, as I’ve been vegetarian since birth. When we arrived and opened the box, I was shocked to find meat again scattered all over the pizza. As a strict vegetarian for religious reasons, it's not possible for me to just pick off the bits of meat. I've ordered from various Domino's locations many times and have never encountered this problem before. Thanks to this experience, I have decided never to eat at Domino's again. It feels strange for my first Google review to be about Domino's, but the poor service and the way this store handled my order have completely turned me off from the brand.

I had one of the worst experiences with customer service at this restaurant. I placed an order online for carryout, but when I arrived, the door was locked. I waited outside for several minutes, trying to figure out how to get my pizza by looking inside and knocking. Suddenly, an irritated employee began gesturing angrily toward the window, expecting me to know to pick up my order there. I specifically chose the carryout option, so it would be helpful if they posted a sign on the door, kept it unlocked, or removed the carryout option from their online menu altogether.

Prices weren't posted. 12 thin crust turned out to be $17. Crust was over done and toppings were very sparse. When I complained about not posting the prices the manager mumbled something about the way the laws keep changing. Over all bad experience.
