Domino's Pizza - Columbia

Horrible management. Waited a hr n 15 minutes for the pizza, cold not even room temp, missing bacon, 7 jalapenos on the whole thing, did not have my 2 ltr of coke, no dipping cup .$38 for a cold wrong pizza n almost 2 hrs later I still have no drink. Icalled n the manager says I should of greeted him nicer? Lol n says he'll give me ten dollars credit.. wow man. Where's mydrink? What am I supposed to do with the garlic cup even if I do get it now? I feel like I got robbed for real. N dude was superrude started saying things too me on how I should feel lol n hangs up. I'm definitely contacting corporate n I'm not leaving italone until that manager gets fired. I've actually managed a dominoes before, so I definitely know how it works.

Never again! Waited 2 hrs for my food. Tracker wasn?t working for me to follow and all of a sudden I get a text order complete. I run to door to see if they left on porch because no one ever ring the bell and no food. I call the store the cashier wasn?thelpful about resolving the situation. She only offered a refund or to remake and I pick up which defeats the purpose ofdelivery duh! Take pride in your store and your customers.

Staff was very responsive and they were all working hard. Food was hot and made exactly as ordered! I respect people in these industries, fast food is tough.

I didn't check the reviews before ordering, just setup a carryout order online while I was in the area. My pizzas were ready when I arrived and looked good and hot. When eating, I realized the Pacific Veggie pizza didn't have all of the toppings listedonline... if they were out, it wasn't mentioned and there weren't any extra toppings in its place. The pizzas weren't cut welland were heavy with garlic, which was supposed to be brushed on the crust only. Overall, it was okay.

Found hair baked into my pizza. I called and the lady who answered the phone was very nonchalant and offered no apology. She then proceeded to ask if I wanted it remade or a credit. Then began speaking over me before I could even answer. Their customerservice is awful.
