Bojangles - Columbia

They advertise their open until 10 PM. They close the store at 8:50. I sat there at the window. They claimed they have no chicken and no food so I guess somebody needs a new manager or the manager needs to come in and clean house and figure out what the problem is.

Food was cooked to order, staff were friendly and professional and the atmosphere was great. Restaurant was cleaned on the inside and outside.

The crew members are rude. Idk why they have a curbside pickup option. They NEVER bring your order out, and if you try to go through the drive thru to pick it up (with absolutely zero other cars in line btw) they tell you that you have to come in...??

Loved our experience here! First time visiting the south and we definitely wanted to try Bojangles. The food was delicious but more importantly, the staff were courteous and all-around great people. They are unfortunately short staffed, but that didn’t take away from our experience. All tried to rectify any mishaps and we so appreciated that. Also, Thomas the manager, is THE BEST. Thank you Thomas for welcoming us and making sure we enjoyed our meals. 5 stars all around for Bojangles and for this location as well. P.S. the blueberry biscuits are AMAZING and I’m definitely coming back for more!
