Applebee's Grill - Columbia

This place has certainly fallen over the last 2yrs. Covid was hard safe, but the quality of the bartender, waiter is just a terrible

Don't order. You forgot 1/2 of our order and then nobody answered the phone. 7 times and nothing. McDonald even answers her phone. Guess, little girl, on the front, too busy socialuzong with her friends to do their job!

That was my first time I ate Applebees. I order the 6 or 8 ounces Loin Steak with potatoes and 4 cheeses Mac and cheese. For dessert, I ordered a brownie with ice. I'd probably come in when I'm back in the area. I'm sorry, no recordings for this one.

Food was fine. The first drink was good, the second was watered down. The main problem was our waitress kept disappearing. In the beginning the restaurant was pretty empty (we went around 4 on a weekday) and I noticed at times the whole wait staff would not be in the front, it's as if they all hung out in the kitchen. Then once the restaurant got busier our waitress had to wait tables, host, and clean tables so we ended up having to wait for napkins, drink refills, and then wait to pay our check. Not really the best experience but also not the worst.
