Hampton Street Vineyard

Terrible in every way seated us 45 minutrs after our reservation. Service horrendous drinks came 20 minutes after ordrring them. Bread stale had to ask fir fresh bread. Apetizers came but dinner nevef did walked out without ever getting dinner. So loud in there too.

Came to Hampton Street Vineyard for a week day lunch. There was no wait and several empty tables. After placing our order, it took nearly an HOUR BEFORE OUR FOOD ARRIVED. 3 out of 4 of us had ordered their lunch special of soup/sandwich. The food itself was very average. The staff was at least apologetic and offered us a free dessert. So disappointing....

The ambience was absolutely beautiful. We made it a brunch date and absolutely loved it and the food was delicious.

The online order wasn’t placed until I arrived. The host said it was because “everyone” came in at once. The restaurant was essentially empty. There were a total of 4 tables. There were a lot of fruit flies around the mixers and mats at the bar.

The Branzino special was EXCELLENT!!!!!!! My husband had the steak au poivre which he said was also VERY good. Service was great and the atmosphere of this restaurant is quaint and personal. Bartender is talented as well; so, all round a very nice evening!!
