Wingstop - Colma

In her effort to resolve the situation, my wife asked to speak with a manager, but there was none available on-site. The girl eventually contacted the manager, who reiterated the same information. When my wife inquired about how to cancel an order, the manager insisted that they need to be notified as soon as possible before the order is fulfilled. This experience showcased some of the worst business practices and customer service I've ever encountered. Rather than fostering customer loyalty, they created a negative impression that could lead to bad publicity. Feeling frustrated, my wife left without a resolution, and we decided to eat the wings over the following days. Unfortunately, they were overly salted and mostly consisted of batter with very little actual chicken. I would strongly recommend avoiding Wingstop. Again, this review specifically pertains to the Wingstop located in Colma, CA.

I visited on a Sunday and received quick service. The cashier at the front was very efficient. The building is small, but it was easy to place my order.

This is a charming little Wingstop located near Colma. The food is fantastic, and the customer service is equally impressive. While I was waiting for my order, an individual came back to the restaurant and began yelling at an employee, claiming he had ordered 10 wings but only received 6. Honestly, they’re just wings, come on! Regardless, the employee managed the situation exceptionally well, and she is truly wonderful!

I’m excited to enjoy my garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper wings, especially with the free side! Can't wait!

Generally, Wingstop is a decent choice, but something seemed off with the buffalo sauce on the wings during my last visit. It was quite thin and watery, and lacked the usual flavor. Additionally, the celery was soggy and lacked the crunchiness I expected. This could be a result of the new location or possibly just a bad batch.
