Vintage Colchester

Today, I tried the braised pork stew from the Vintage After Hours food truck and it was absolutely delicious. Chef Tim's food is fantastic and I also enjoyed their everything good cookie, which I couldn't resist eating before even leaving the kitchen. I am excited to visit the restaurant in the future.

We came here for dinner and we are so glad that we did. This small restaurant has a limited menu, but everything is sourced fresh from local farms. The food was exceptional! The chef/owner prepares the dishes right behind the bar. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Our entire experience was flawless! Just a heads up, it is a BYOB establishment.

A few weeks ago, we enjoyed a fantastic three-course meal at this restaurant. The food was all delicious, unique, and made with fresh ingredients. It was a truly enjoyable experience and we can't wait to dine here again soon!

Delicious. Go! So tasty and satisfying, at first I thought my plate was small but no. My husband had the best chicken of his life. The chef is so nice and it’s fun to watch him work from the bar seats. The staff were so helpful and nice. Loved it. It’s byob, and menu is small but super fresh

This place is amazing! It's a small, cozy and inviting space. The food is fresh, locally sourced, and creative. It may become our new favorite spot to eat out!
