Impatient, the order taker rushed me through so I couldnt add anything to my order, this Dunkin needs to work on customer relations and people skills, I would rather drive the 15 minutes to the Dunkin the next town over Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Whoever the bald manager-looking guy is, he’s a jerk to the employees. I go to this Dunkin when I want a coffee, because it’s the only one in town I can go inside and make sure my coffee is decaf. It’s rarely an issue for me, the employees are kind even when I need them to remake it. This time, however, was very different. When my ticket came through, the manager announced my coffee needed to be decaf, and then handed it to the employee. The employee made my decaf as an original instead, and after I politely corrected him this manager guy started berating him and saying really mean things. I was appalled at how he treated this teenager, it was absolutely shameful. And then! He grabbed the cup from the employee and made it himself, and made it in the original blend again. I politely told him, again, it needs to be decaf. He seemed to barely contain his rage as he made it again, slamming my cup down. It’s not that big of a deal to me to need to remake a coffee. There was absolutely no reason for this guy to be so rude to the employee. He was polite to me and was fixing his mistake. I’ve seen him at this location before and he’s always nice and working hard. This manager seems like an atrocious person to work under and I pity the staff at this location.
