Contribuiți la feedbackI placed a pre-paid order for pickup at this restaurant through UberEats. They confirmed that the order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, they informed me that they did not have my order ready and that the only vegetarian option on the menu was unavailable. I was disappointed that they accepted my order, marked it as completed, and then denied having it ready. I would have preferred to give them a 0 rating for this experience.
This disappointing restaurant should just close its doors. There was nothing available for dinner. No bread except white, no meatballs, no tuna. The staff tried their best, but seemed clueless. They even asked me if I knew what was in a club sandwich! The management should be embarrassed and the reputation of the brand will suffer.
I used to enjoy this Subway, but my experience today was disappointing. We ordered 4 sandwiches and one was not prepared correctly. When I called to resolve the issue, the employee I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. There was no manager available and I was given no contact information. Eventually, she agreed to remake my sandwich, but when I picked it up, she threw it over the counter. The lack of customer service and the stale bread were also major concerns.
Never come back to this place, it's a full sweat, I paid 9 dollars and they couldn't even give me a quality sandwich. it was cold and I even asked for it roasted
These kids in here make my sandwich just how I want it I never ave to ask them twice
