When we arrived, we were informed that we could only order the small size, and to make matters worse, there were no soy sauce or any condiments available. Additionally, my walnut shrimp dish had barely any brown rice in it. Overall, I felt like I wasted $35 on this meal. I'm extremely disappointed. Rating: 1/5 for food.

I loved the woman who worked at the drive-thru; she made me feel so welcome that I felt compelled to leave this review. This happened on July 11th, 2023, at 3:53 PM.

I'm really frustrated with the service at this restaurant. It shouldn't be difficult to include soy sauce in the bag when we request it, yet it seems to happen every single time we visit. Not everyone keeps soy sauce at home, and it’s disappointing to get home only to find that it’s missing, forcing us to go back out again. Additionally, the portion sizes are inconsistent; they vary significantly from one employee to another. For instance, we’ve ordered a larger plate and a platter in the past, and after transferring the small portion from the red box to the larger plate, we realized it was still the same amount as the platter. Sometimes, we receive an overloaded serving, and it's all very hit or miss. I understand that everyone has off days, but this has become a recurring issue. The ongoing lack of attention and inconsistency is simply unacceptable.

Eeek, really, REALLY dried up chicken I get that later in the day that will happen, but when you over pay for food, it should be 100% edible. Staff was nice, the restaurant was totally bare, empty space.. 7:30 pm on a Friday even.. "Change the chicken and they will come! "Food: 2/5
