High end quality hunts. Took an elk and a mountain lion. And thoroughly enjoyed the experience and accommodations.

Our group rented 3 rooms in the Bunk House and the Creek House next door. The House had mouse droping in the full bed next to the kitchen and in the kitchen drawers. All the out door funiture had bird dropping on them and had not been cleaned recently. The horse stalls that were rented haded not been cleaned when we got there. The door to one of the 2 Bunk house bathrooms would not lock. When we made our reservations we were informed there was a rental fee of $30 a day to use the kitchen in the Bunk House, it was free last year. We didn't rent the kitchen so we would not have access to water glasses or a coffee pot. $115 a night is high for a room with a queen bed, shared bathroom, no breakfast, coffee or water. Two days before our arrival we were informed of a fire in the high country and that fire fighters would be staying on the property and using the showers. So now we were sharing the showers with a possible 40 extra people. We were offered rooms at the Lodge for $40 more a night or we could cancel. We were going to attend the 4th of July Rodeo and Team Roping events the was no place else to stay. Management didn't care if we stayed or not. Complaints were handled by John the manager and we all left after 3 nights feeling like 2nd class guests.
