Hikers Coffee Co. Llc - Cimarron

Just stopped by here on my way through town and so glad I did! Great coffee, great atmosphere, and lovely people. I had the Bearista, which was very tasty, and my kids enjoyed their chocolate croissants. ?

This coffee shop is amazing! We made a pit stop here and don’t regret it. The coffee and food were great, the bathroom was nice clean, and staff very friendly. We will be back!

The coffee is great and the vibes are immaculate. The owners and workers are consistently polite and quick to take and make your order. This shop is honestly the lifeblood of all coffee-loving Philmont staff. I personally recommend the iced fireside chat, iced zia, and the dirty chai latte. It's one of the places you have to go if you're passing through Cimarron!

You better acks somebody!....Just messing around, I know you are asking somebody. We were staying in Cimarron Inn (owned by same people)for a few days and went here for coffee twice. Coffee is as good as anything you will find, with the homemade pumpkin spice syrup being the best I have had. Breakfast sandwich is really good. Cinnamon rolls are excellent. Service is great and the atmosphere is friendly and warm.
