Contribuiți la feedbackDefinitely recommend. We were there for breakfast. Very nice staff, very accommodating, not too intrusive and you could see the smile behind the mask. Breakfast after the order was different. Breakfast in itself was very nice on several floors and very tasty.
I think the prices are okay. The services are always very nice and very accommodating. That makes me every visit. The place is very easy to reach! The good transport connection makes a quick journey there. I think my husband and I have already ordered the whole card. The meal was served very flott.
Friendly staff and the food was very fast on the table, although there was only 1 cook. The food has also tasted very good and it is cozy.
The Chemnitzer Hof was in the 1930s. The most famous hotel in the former Saxon industrial metropolis. After many years we were curious again how the restaurant of the house presents itself. We were not disappointed. The ambience is still determined by dense materials such as marble, brass and large mirror surfaces. Thanks to the Bauhaus style, nothing was snared or overloaded. The seating groups in the middle of the room also perform a function as an ingeniously thought-out space divider. Very comfortable furniture does not make a longer stay a load pattern for the spine. The menu is balanced and combines good-bellied cuisine with regional classics. We chose the Chateu-Briand, which for obvious reasons is only available by two people. Even if the classic variant is not served with a filling of beef, scorpion and cut liquor, the art of the cook showed itself during the tranche: uniform pink color, non-bleed juice. On the tongue then wonderfully soft and delicate, but strong in taste. For this purpose, a beard sauce is opened in Chemnitzer Hof. The vegetables are crispy, fresh and bite-resistant. The red wine is decanted here and is thus optimally ventilated into the glasses. In short, a successful dinner that will remain in good memory for a long time.
Very nice well maintained restaurant in the city centre. Unfortunately we were the only visitors at noon until 2 more guests. Drinks were very fast, even the dishes were not allowed to wait long. We chose 2 x Bergbachforelle, which were taken and served directly at the table.
