Mcdonald's - Champlin

I am a Dasher (working for Door Dash) and when I went to pick up my order at the window, the staff informed me that it was not ready yet. They suggested I park my car and they would bring it out to me once it was ready. Unfortunately, after waiting for 15 minutes, nobody came out. When I finally went to inquire about my order, it was ready and the staff member was helpful when I asked for it.

If you want to eat food that tastes like dog food, then this is the place to go. They will take your money but never answer the phone. The restaurant smelled like cats for some reason, which was disgusting. We ended up throwing away the food and going to Culver's instead.

I visited this restaurant's drive-thru a month ago and realized when I got home that my breakfast sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant, and the person who answered took my name and address, promising to send me a voucher for a free sandwich within 2-4 weeks. However, I never received the voucher. When I mentioned the issue to a manager at McDonald's last weekend, I was told that there was nothing they could do to assist me.

A terrible service. the quarter pounder was literally raw. the people were so rude. they might want to bring in a new crew. I regret every time I go there.

I ordered a blueberry muffin with my coffee. The muffin was as hard as a rock. Why are you serving old baked goods? You should have been able to tell that it was old by how solid that muffin was. Totally unedible. Totally dissappointed.
