Laurie's Motor Inn - CETICAMP

This accommodation has everything you need for visiting the Cheticamp area and hiking the start of the Cabot Trail. Laundry facilities are limited so use them as soon as possible before any busses arrive. The included breakfast buffet was very good and required only a snack for lunch. Hint try for the Highlander Building as it is very quiet.

Great location. Rooms are very spacious. Located on a steep incline with three separate buildings. Office is at the top, so could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Nice views of the little harbor and the island.

Loved our stay at Laurie's Motor Inn. Cheticamp is a very small village and this is perfectly located for rare walking distances to Liquor Store, the Pub (Dory's) and nice restaurants Harbour. The best part is that in less than 10 minutes you are in the National Park, right near the Acadian Trail. Pleasantly surprised with Laurie's!

Stayed here with a tour for two nights. They have brand new mattresses (which prompts me to buy an new one at home). Great nights sleep. The breakfast area is quite nice and like other reviews, I also recommend the eggs benedict. There is a local pub in a 5 minute walk with delicious fish and chips. Other restaurants, atm, and liquor store are about a 10 minute walk.

Lovely views of the harbour from some of the rooms. The bedding has been recently updated and is excellent quality. Easy access to rooms on lower level.
