If you don't know about the see food diet, let me enlighten you..it's where you see food and eat it. My husband and I were daily customers, we stayed at the park and this was just up the street. Everything was delicious..they even had date square s the way my mom made them and that's a huge compliment. The donuts, cinnamon rolls, turnovers, molasses cookies were sinful. They are not open on Sunday, so I was not able to bring any home..who am I kidding they wouldn't make it out of the driveway.
Excellent stop to pick up traditional oatcakes, cinnamon buns, or fresh bread and buns. Good coffee too!
We wanted to take a sandwich break before we started our walk...Total disappointment, a sandwich with more bread than ham cheese...I ask if the croissants are butter, there was a break from the lady to make me say that of course, then I take one to realize with the first bite that they are made with saindoux, horrific sensation at the palace...I guess the one remains.
We had coffee and a bunch of different parties and they were delicious. I highly recommend grabbing a few for the road.
