Contribuiți la feedbackNot very often you walk into a Wendy’s connected to a gas station and you get 5 star customer service. I am sitting in my car typing this review because this team deserves good recognition! Thank you all for being so kind and serving others with grace
Tell me how is wendys gonna upgrade my meal with fries and nuggets, waste my time making the fries and nuggets I never even ordered, then when they go to hand me my food, they realize they made extra items I never ordered so they waste more of my time to take them back out of my bag and waste them. Are they planning on reheating those nuggets and fries to give to other customers that may or may not show up? Either way that is bad making someone wait longer than they should for a reason thats not their fault then take away from a customer who was inconvenienced by them in the first place.
Terrible location, dirty everything. Even my shoes were sticking to the floor. Wait time was awful 11th in line got me a 17min wait to order.
The lady at the drive thru was just rude and wasn't friendly at all
I visited this Wendy's on Tuesday afternoon March 12, 2024 to get a small vanilla frosty and upon getting home, I ate 2 spoonfuls of the frosty and it tasted sour, so I tried 1 more spoonful to see if it was just my tastebuds but it still tasted spoiled so I discarded it in the trash and to my Surprise I woke up 5am the following morning with stomach pains, vomiting and constant diarrhea which shortly afterwards led me to urgent care, in which I was diagnosed with food poisoning. It's the 15th of March and I still have diarrhea and no appetite for food because I fear vomiting. I've never had an issue with their frosty in the past so I suggest they clean their machines better and assure customers that their products are fresh. I won't be going there anymore because I haven't had food poisoning in 20 years but it's one of the worst experiences in my life. Wendy's needs to do better.
