Silver Sake - Carmichael

Holy moly garlic sauce!!! Get it on everything. It's that good! Also enjoyed the chef's special roll and chef's fin. It was great to put my meal in the chef's hands and be thoroughly satisfied. Service was nice and friendly and timely. Definitely recommend this spot.

I've been here twice for lunch so far. I get the $8 box for lunch, drinks extra. Very filling; soup, salad, rice, and two items. Example is California roll 4 pieces, and sesame chicken (perhaps an ounce and a half? .

We were on our way to a different sushi place and it turned out to be closed when their hours on Google showed to be open. Looked up closest nearby sushi place and landed on this location. For a Monday there was quite a party vibe here, not something expected or something we were looking for but was definitely a mood lifting atmosphere! The sushi was very delicious and we enjoyed it very much! Turned out to be a delightful end of our night eventually after being disappointed with the place we were initially trying to try! The only negatives about this place is the chairs are wooden too hard to sit in to relax and a/c and or fans were blowing too cold for a night that was already cold out. Besides that service was amazing, food incredible, almost worth the price paid. Double salmon roll was my favorite! (Bottom left in photo) Silver dragon roll was amazing as well. (Bottom right in photo) Sacramento roll a bit over fried (top) and rainbow roll (middle) was alright.

March 2, 2033. I went to the Carmichael DMV to get my driver's license renewed and decided to treat myself to lunch. I have been here before with a group of people for dinner and we really enjoyed it. Today I had the bento box lunch it was quite a lot of food at a very reasonable price. I was greeted immediately upon entering by the sushi chef and the staff. Excellent food and friendly service!

Every time I go here I have no issues. The fire is bomb and the prices aren't that bad either. I would have to say the service here wasn't what I expected this time around. We all didn't get our food together. It would have been nice to eat with my family at the same time. My only issue.
