Hotbox Fish - Cardiff

We have been ordering from HotBox in Trowbridge since moving into the area and although their pizza is good, their delivery service is absolutely awful. Consistently the orders are at least 30 minutes late and sometimes over an hour. Unfortunately for us, it's the only halal pizza take-away in the area so we are somewhat limited in options, so we have let it slide in the past. Today I placed the order specifically for 8.40 as we were expecting guests. At 8.50 i was told by the manager that the pizza was in the oven and would be with me no later than 9.15. At 9.25 i left my house in order to collect, only to be told it had just left, yet was delivered a full hour late at 9.40. Asked for a full refund in store, only to be fobbed off returning home to a barely luke-warm pizza. I don't often write negative reviews but today was the last straw and I'd rather drive 20 minutes than endure such a amateur delivery service.

Top burger top service. Pizzas are super tasty and so is the burgers. Cant forget the cookie dough Cheetohs burger is the best burger in my opinion and very hard to beat

Stay away from this place the food is rank rotten and the owners are rank rotten absolute joke of a place the 50p pizzas from tesco are better

Absolute joke of a takeaway.. Order food at 7pm, contact them at 8:30pm for them to tell you they’re not sending it.. Would not recommend at all!!
