The sign at the door said 7:30 open, it was 7:15 and she was open. Yay! We have dirty chai and mocha, both are coffee based. Perfect sweetness for me both. The dirty chai was delicious and the mocha tasted more like Mexican chocolate. Mary was very nice, she was attentive and saw me take photos and said, "Hold on? I have the perfect sign.” Indeed. They do not charge extra for soya, oats or other types of milk. There are pastries and small breakfast items. Ice and sweets.

I procured a Mexican mocha, but with oat milk instead of cow milk, and it was one of the greatest coffees that I ever had. No sugar was needed, for it was already amazing as it was served.
