La Terraza Mexican Grill - Cambria

The portions were generous and the food was delicious. I found the prices a bit on the higher side, but the restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. I ordered enchiladas—one with mole and the other with Suiza sauce—while my wife had the salmon tacos. Everything was excellent.

I had an excellent burrito made with vegetarian soy meat! I also enjoyed a margarita that was perfectly balanced—not too sweet and not overly strong with tequila. It did have a slightly watery taste, but I personally enjoyed it that way.

I ordered a chicken mole burrito, and as someone of Mexican descent, I've had mole and burritos before, but I’ve never had them combined in a single dish! One thing I did that wasn’t mentioned on the menu was switch out the regular tortilla for a tomato flour tortilla. This restaurant is amazing; it’s the best Mexican restaurant in Cambria. Now for the downside: they don’t serve margaritas or anything stronger than beer or Micheladas. However, the food alone makes it the best Mexican dining experience in the area.

Warm fresh chips and salsa. It was so good. I had two articles combo, crispy chicken taco and enchiladas with green salsa.

Oh. My. Word! This place is absolutely worth the drive down all of Highway 1! The staff was incredibly friendly. The portions were extremely generous, fresh, and delicious. I can’t say enough great things about this place!!!
