Dragon City - Caerphilly

I ordered from Dragon City for myself, my partner, and our two children using the Just Eat app. I called the restaurant to double-check my order (just a minor sauce change) and the response was very curt, saying "it's in the comments, I can see it." When the delivery arrived, they had gotten my order wrong and the food was cold. When I called to explain, the lady who answered laughed at me and hung up. This was terrible customer service. We have ordered from them before without issues, but after this experience, we will not be returning.

Great takeaway. I've tried nearly every Chinese in Caerphilly, Bedwas etc and this is by far the best. Always served piping hot and is really tasty. Good value for money compared to other Chinese's in the area. We love their chicken curry, chicken balls, rice etc. Only one complaint, our delivery is almost always late but you don't mind waiting a bit where the food is better eh.

I ordered the King prawns in garlic and butter sauce but received a tub of unpleasant yellow sauce with chunks of raw garlic and limp battered king prawns. After taking one bite, I couldn't stomach the rest. It was gross and disgusting.

We now refuse to have our Chinese anywhere els. They're the best in our area and have never disappointed or been even a minute late with a order. The food is always perfect and staff are lovely

This is definitely the best Chinese in our area. The food is incredibly tasty and the quality of the food is great. You will not disappointed. We ordered on just eat and the food was on time with no problems. Looking forward to ordering again soon.
