Teaspoon - Burlingame

Daniella was very sweet, she helped me and my friend pick the perfect drink for us. I had a great experience!!

The Assam was a little too sweet for my taste, but every drink I tried was really good.

The drinks were well-prepared and the staff was friendly, but the restaurant appeared to be understaffed for the number of customers they were serving, resulting in long wait times.

Amazing!! We absolutely adore Teaspoon! The only thing we would like to request is the ability to use our boba tumbler at the Burlingame location in order to minimize waste. We hope that this policy will be implemented soon!

I absolutely love Teaspoon. The location in Hayward is fantastic. However, today (9/3/22) around 3:30pm, the girl wearing glasses gave my partner and me terrible service. She was unfriendly when taking our order and delivering our drinks. We had to repeatedly thank her just to get some acknowledgment. It's important to have a positive attitude when working in customer service. Her attitude was so bad that it put us off the Burlingame location of Teaspoon. The unpleasant attitude was also evident in our drinks, which were not as tasty as we are used to.
