E.d.b. - Burbank

This is the 5th time I’ve been to EDB but first time since before pandemic started. The menu has changed and the food was bland and not very tasty. The Wagyu Sliders were extremely dry. The pattys and the buns were very dry and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The fries were good, although we asked for BBQ sauce and it came when we were almost done with the fries. The grilled Caesar salad was not very flavorful. Maybe this was an off night so l think about giving them another chance.

We have been here about a half a dozen times and the drinks are always pretty good to excellent. I wish they offered or had more beer selection (tonight over half of the taps were out). Food is pretty inconsistent and could honestly be presented much better. This review is primarily for the food tonight as it was good, but the value and presentation was sorely lacking. Two of us ordered the fish and chips and one got the Salmon Salad. Fish and chips was a GIANT serving of fries and three super skinny fish strips. Seriously, the strips were smaller than what you'd get at McDonald's. They tasted fine but I had to get food on the way home because they didn't get anywhere near to satisfy my appetite. Salmon salad was also a let down as the piece of fish was dwarfed by the huge bowl of greens served in a medium sized deep bowl. It was very difficult to eat and most of it was left behind. Our server was excellent. She had numerous tables and made drinks while taking orders and running food. If this was my first visit, I wouldn't ever go back. Since we've had other, better experiences, we'll go back, if only for drinks, and hope they are able to reverse course and get back to speed.

Great date night spot with delicious food, amazing service and following all safety guidelines. We will definitely be back to enjoy another wonderful meal at E.D.B.!

LOVE this place! We went last Saturday for dinner, after finding this place in Opentable. I was surprised to know, that the restaurant is outside of the Marriot Hotel. The place is great! Outdoor sitting , Big T.V's around, very nice music all over, perfect ambiance. The food was very tasty, everything we ordered was delicious. Our server was Selina beautiful young lady. She was very polite, kind, nice, attentive and always smiling. We had an amazing evening. We will be back.

I made a reservation but was placed outside the general dining area with no apology what so ever. Apparently making a reservation here means nothing because it doesn’t save you a table. Poor service and rude staff completed the experience. Better places to spend a Friday evening .
