Topgolf - Buford

First and for most the manager (big African American) guy was rude from jump. Tyler our server was great and apologized regarding the wait time of our meal. Our appetizer and drinks came out quick but our food was taking forever. We only had 35 minutes left before our time was up so we just canceled our order. Apparently, the manager had an attitude because we declined to take our food Togo. Meanwhile, he was over there with other employees talking ish like it was a problem. Topgolf do better when deciding who should managers because the mess that manager pull wasn’t ok. I have every right to decline service if the food is taking too long.

Hiring process is a complete waste of time. Interview was way too long…three hours to be exact which is ridiculous for a job you aren’t promised. So if you are thinking of applying here and don’t want to waste your time you should look elsewhere.

Service was terrible. Our waitress was ok until she told my fiancé less than 1 minute after the game ended that we needed to hurry and leave. Also We asked the server the bring waters and he brought 1 for a table of 4. Probably last time going to this location

Enjoyed the outing. Geared to younger crowd and golfers! The teenagers enjoyed even tho no golfing experience. I just watched! The buttermilk chicken sandwich was delicious!

What a fun place. The experience was lovely and the staff were incredible. We had a work event and I hope we come back again. My only complaint was that the tortillas for our buffet were raw and dumped out of the package. They fell apart and all the food fell out. Take the extra few minutes to heat them up, please ??
