Wendy's - Buckeye

Ordered a bacon double burger bag deals or such, i received plain double burger instead. After seeing this I went up to ask for the correct food, tiny guy blue shirt tells me oh thats because the big bag or wutever it is wasn't an option for that bag deal, ok, clearly under the menu lists it under the plain one, he looks up, stares at it finally says no its not an option, but sir it says right there, under that deal it says it, oh not say that.....in the end it was fathers day and the whole thing was just gimme wut I ordered and paid for. They should look at the menu, he did. Still can't understand it, he's a manager on top of that......not fit for reading I guess may be its the English that gets them congused...one star is too much

We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru and nothing. No one was working inside. Ppl just kept leaving the drive thru. It was 9pm on a Saturday so I know it open. I tried to call but no one answered. No one could go inside either

Well, This use to really be our Go To location for quality food. However, Covid is not an excuse for poor service and lack of following instructions. However, when ordering g here multiple times now either via Drive thru or Doordash the order is always wrong or something is missing. I'm hesitant to order anything that has items I want eliminated, especially mayo. Scraping mayo off bread is just a mess and irritated the heck out of me. So I just don't bother eating when it's made wrong. An Asiago chicken sandwich Does NOT come with mayo, yet they seem to forgot how to make it and make a chicken sandwich with mayo and tomato instead. I can't tell you how many times this happened just in the last 2 months. Umm 5! 5 freakin times! These morons making $15 an hour can't even read the teleprompter. Or too busy chatting or something that they aren't paying attention to quality service. This use to be my 5 star fast food and now it just sucks! I'm being kind with 2 stars.

One of the worst out there! Nobody was on the line cooking or helping the lady at the register who was having an issue processing an order. Then some girl, a lady of color with a sparkly long head wrap on finally comes out to answer the drive thru, looked right at me and put French fries in her mouth all while wearing gloves! Seriously unprofessional, unsanitary and ignorant! I walked out and will never be back!

Service is good but every time I come in, and I mean every time the buns are wet and col? I've never seen this anywhere else, but after like 5 times across 2 months the bun is always wet like a sponge
