Argento's Pizza Wings - Buckeye

First, my husband discovered hair on one of his pizza slices. Then, to make matters worse, I found a piece of plastic in the slice I was eating! What’s even more alarming is that I unknowingly chewed on the plastic before realizing something was wrong. When I spat out my food, there it was—a piece of plastic. Understandably, both my husband and I were furious. Our dinner was ruined, we wasted money, and our kids also had a slice of that pizza. I contacted Argento's to lodge a complaint, but they seemed unconcerned about our experience. Their nonchalant attitude made the situation even more upsetting. They offered to make us a new pizza the following day and give us a 50% discount on our next order, but I declined. I insisted on a refund because, unfortunately, we will no longer be dining at this establishment.

During our visit to the area, we stopped for pizza after an event for our granddaughter. The food was absolutely AMAZING, and the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. When they learned we were from Tucson, they offered us water and even gave my grandson an ice cream for the road—how sweet is that? We will definitely return the next time we’re in the area. For anyone local who hasn’t been yet, this place truly hits it out of the park! Oh, and the restaurant is also incredibly clean!

My family has never been fond of dining out for pizza because we always felt it wasn't worth the cost. However, after moving to Buckeye, we had to eat out one night, and our kids were craving pizza. We decided to try Argento's, and I'm so glad we did! It was definitely worth the price, and the pizza was absolutely delicious! The service was incredibly friendly, and the place was clean. We rate it a perfect 10/10 and will definitely be returning for more!

When going to the website was intrigued at their prices and specials. Though upon attempting to order an advertised daily special on their website of an 18” inch 1 topping pizza and 20 wings for $23.99 could not find the deal in the site. Anoption of ordering through Slice advertised though I prefer to order directly from entities. Called the establishment andstarted with asking for this daily deal and my order was taken and then upon asking what my total was (nowadays if you don’task they don’t tell) I was told $33. I asked why the total was $33 for a daily deal of $23.99. I was informed that they nolonger had that deal and that they could not control the website that advertised this. This does not sound correct and asked howthis is possible when the establishment posts the website and has rights as well. Was again told they had no control over thesechanges and that only deals through Slice where accurate. Asked to speak to a manager and given the same answer as well asadditional feedback heard in the background. Now being a business major this is bad business and false advertisement. I couldhave waited for the owner but being the person I am I was more concerned with feeding my family than the principle of the wholesituation and of course now can make the notation on reviews. Is their food good, yes! Is the service good, eh guess it dependsif you agree with them. Is their advertisement accurate, guess you better go to the correct website to be sure!

I placed an order for a quick snack of boneless wings and the order was ready earlier than expected, which was awesome that I got to indulge in my snack sooner. The wings were piping hot, fresh and tasted great. Would definitely consider eating here again when I'm back in town.
